Our office is located right in midtown Manhattan on Fifth Ave, at 286 Fifth Ave, Suite 1011. We offer both in person sessions as well as virtual sessions to clients throughout New York State, Florida, and Massachusetts.

Authentic Healing Psychotherapy is an out-of-network practice. While we do not accept insurance directly, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Session fees vary depending on the type of therapy and length of session. You can find current fee information on the billing page of the website, or you’re welcome to reach out with any questions.

Individual therapy sessions are typically 45–50 minutes. Family therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build the relationship, consistency, and momentum. Over time, some people choose to shift to biweekly sessions, depending on their needs and goals.

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee.
